Returns and refunds

Refunds on catalog furniture designs, custom frames, and commissioned new designs are available for items delivered damaged or defective.

Refunds on non-custom items are available if you're not completely satisfied with the product!

Please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order to request a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, your return shipping is covered by Stout and Saw up to $100, and I can provide the shipping label.

Time to delivery on orders

Non-custom orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks.

Picture frame orders take 2 weeks plus shipping for delivery.

Orders of catalog furniture take 2-6 weeks to ship depending on size and complexity.

Orders on newly designed furniture may add 1-3 weeks of going back and forth on designs.

Stout and Saw is not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. Additionally Stout and Saw is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or shipping company errors.
